Boosting24 is a marketplace that connects Clients with independent Boosters and Coaches. Payments are handled securely through Stripe Connect, while Boosting24 provides the platform, chat, payment tools, and basic mediation support when needed.

This guide explains how to finish an order, when to click “Approve,” and what happens if something does not go as planned.

💬 1. The Key to Success: Stay in Chat

The most successful orders have one thing in common: clear communication. Once a Booster or Coach starts working, keep an eye on the Boosting24 chat.

Updates: Ask for progress screenshots, rank updates, or service updates.
Questions: If you notice something unusual in-game, ask the Booster immediately.
Expectations: Clarify timelines early to avoid surprises.

💡 Pro Tip: Most issues can be solved quickly through chat. Do not wait until the end to raise a concern — speak up early.

⭐ 2. When to Click “Approve”?

When the Booster finishes the job, they may mark the order as Completed. This is your cue to review the work.

Click “Approve” ONLY if:

✅ The agreed goal, such as rank, level, wins, coaching time, or another agreed result, has been reached.
✅ The service was delivered according to the offer and chat agreement.
✅ You have full access back to your account, if account access was part of the order.
✅ You do not have any unresolved concerns about the order.

What happens after you Approve?

After approval, the order is finalized and the Booster’s payout may become eligible according to Stripe and Boosting24 payout rules. Once the order is approved, you can also leave a review to help other users choose trusted Boosters and Coaches.

⚠️ 3. What If Something Is Wrong?

If the work is incomplete or does not match the agreed offer: DO NOT click Approve yet.

Talk to the Booster first:
Explain what is missing and give them a chance to fix it.

Example:
“We agreed on 5 wins, but I only see 4 completed. Can you please check?”

Stay on the Platform:
Make sure all important complaints, explanations, updates, and agreements are written in the Boosting24 chat. Platform chat is the main place used for checking order details if a dispute is opened.

Discord can be useful for faster communication, but key order details should still be confirmed on Boosting24.

⚖️ 4. Disputes: How Mediation Works

If you and the Booster cannot reach an agreement, you can open a dispute or contact Boosting24 support.

Boosting24 may review:
• The original order requirements
• The accepted offer
• Boosting24 chat history
• Proof of completion
• Screenshots or other relevant order information
• Messages related to the dispute

Boosting24 acts as a mediator and may help propose a solution. However, because the service agreement is between the Client and the Booster, Boosting24 does not guarantee that both sides will always reach an agreement.

Possible outcomes may include:

Full Completion:
If the Booster proves that the agreed work was completed.

Partial Refund:
If only part of the service was completed or both sides agree to a partial solution.

Full Refund:
If the service was not started, was not delivered, or there is a clear reason for a full refund.

No Refund:
If the Booster proves that the service was completed as agreed.

💸 5. Refunds & Cancellations

Client-Initiated Cancellation:
You may request to stop or cancel an order at any time if you are not satisfied with the progress or no longer want to continue.

If the Booster Has Already Started:
If any part of the service has already been completed, the refund may be partial and based on the progress made, the agreed order scope, and the evidence available in the Boosting24 chat.

If No Progress Was Made:
If the Booster has not started the service or no measurable progress was made, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, certain payment processing, operational, or administrative fees may not be refundable.

If the Account Has Lost Progress:
If your account has fewer points, lower rank, reduced progress, or any similar loss compared to the start of the order, the maximum possible refund is the amount you paid for that order.

Boosting24 does not cover additional losses, compensation, missed rewards, rank difference, account value, or any other damages beyond the payment made for the order.

Partially Completed Orders:
If the service was partially completed, the refund may be reduced based on the part of the service already delivered.

Refund Method:
In some cases, Boosting24 reserves the right to issue the refund as Boosting24 points, platform balance, or another internal credit instead of returning the payment to the original payment method.

Refund Processing:
Refunds are technically processed through Stripe where applicable. Once a payment refund is issued, the time it takes to appear on your bank statement may depend on Stripe, your payment method, and your bank.


🕒 6. Auto-Completion Policy

To protect Boosters from inactive or silent buyers, Boosting24 may use an auto-completion rule.

If a Booster marks an order as finished and you do not respond, approve, or raise a dispute within the required review period, the order may be automatically approved.

Always check your order as soon as possible after it is marked as completed. If something is wrong, raise the issue before the review period ends.

🛑 Common Mistakes to Avoid

❌ Approving too early:
Never approve before checking the results in-game or confirming that the agreed service was completed.

❌ Ignoring the chat:
If the Booster needs information from you, such as a 2FA code or clarification, and you do not reply, the order may be delayed.

❌ Keeping key agreements outside Boosting24:
Discord can help with quick communication, but important order details should be confirmed in Boosting24 chat.

❌ Off-platform deals:
Never pay a Booster directly through PayPal, crypto, bank transfer, Revolut, Discord, or any other method outside Boosting24. If you pay outside the platform, Boosting24 may not be able to help with refunds, disputes, or account protection.
